Adamson Inc. Commercial, Residential, Special-Use and Religious Facility Appraisals

Company History

Adamson & Associates, Inc. was incorporated in September 1995 and officially opened for business in April 1996. The original owners were Henry K. Adamson IV, Henry K. Adamson III and Joye A. Adamson.

The company quickly outgrew its original offices and moved in June 1998 to a building offering larger office space, better access and the ability to control an entire floor allowing room for more growth. The corporate office occupied the entire second floor of the building, with a total of approximately 6,000 square feet of office space under lease.  In January, 2007 we moved to our current location at College & Lowell in Overland Park.  We currently occupy 9,900 square feet of office space.

In January 2007, we opened an office in Wichita.  We moved to our current location at 300 N. Main Street in October, 2007.  We currently offer both commercial and residential appraisal services for Wichita and the surrounding markets.

In August 2008, we established a commercial presence in the Phoenix marketplace at 3219 E Camelback Road, Suite 445.  We currently offer commercial appraisal services for Phoenix and the surrounding markets.

Adamson & Associates acquired Appraisal Capital, another appraisal company, in 2006. The combined staff is comprised of 16 commercial appraisers, 5 residential appraisers and a support staff of six. Adamson & Associates provides commercial appraisals nationwide and residential appraisals in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
