Scope of Work in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) has undergone significant changes in the past two decades. The 2006 edition of USPAP, effective July 1, 2006, includes significant changes that will provide appraisers with more flexibility to provide a variety of appraisal services without compromising objectivity and impartiality. This publication is intended to assist in clarifying the changes to USPAP and how the changes impact both appraisers and users of appraisal services.
