Adamson & Associates, Inc. was incorporated in September 1995 and officially opened for business in April 1996. We established a commercial presence in the Phoenix Metro Area in 2008. Adamson & Associates, Inc. is a national, full-service real estate appraisal and consulting firm. Our experience includes providing valuation and consultation services for many property types, including, but not limited to: single family residences, agricultural/agri-businesses; farms and ranches; multifamily properties; retail buildings; strip centers; shopping centers and malls; office and medical office buildings; industrial properties; restaurants; subdivisions; Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties; subsidized housing; renovation and urban redevelopment projects; and special use properties such as religious facilities, schools, hotels, motels, assisted living centers, skilled nursing centers, independent living facilities, convenience stores, surgery centers, ammunition plants and others.

We have extensive experience in the valuation of religious facilities and schools, having provided valuation services for over 3,700 properties in the United States and Canada.
