All of our products are designed to meet the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Commercial appraisals and appraisal reviews are quoted individually. The fee for a commercial appraisal varies based on the type of report utilized, the location of the property, the complexity of the assignment and other factors.
